Booking Arrangements

Bookings can be made either online or by telephone. Advanced booking is essential, especially for stays at weekends, bank holidays and school holidays. For camping, touring and pod bookings we require a £50 deposit per week/part week with the balance due 28 days before arrival. For luxury lodge bookings, a £250 deposit is required at the time of making your booking with the balance due 3 months before arrival.

Camping and Touring

We have a selection of grass, all-weather and hard standing pitches. Some of these pitches have en-suites: - private shower and toilet with a sink and wash up area situated in your own cedar clad cabin on your pitch. Our Premium pitches have 16amp hook-up, water tap, TV point, grey waste point and a picnic table.

Pods

Our camping pods at Smytham let you enjoy the fun and adventure of a camping holiday with a little extra luxury, and without the stress of putting up a tent. We have two sizes of camping pods: The Escape pod sleeps 2 adults and the family pod sleeps 4 up to 2 adults and 2 children. Both sizes are equipped with electric lighting, sockets, heating and camp style beds, while outside you’ll find a 4’ deep covered deck area, barbeque with tools, bike storage shed and wooden table and chairs. All you need to bring with you is your normal camping gear but not the tent!

Luxury Lodges

The luxuriously furnished timber lodges have three bedrooms and sleep up to six. Bed linen and towels are included. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room. There is also one double bedroom, one twin room, and a family bathroom with a shower above the bath. At the front of the lodge you will find a large open plan kitchen, lounge (with 32” TV and DVD player and music docking station),and diner with dining table to seat six. For those chillier days and evenings central heating is provided. The large veranda is a lovely spot where you can sit and enjoy a barbeque in the summer, with the gas barbeque provided. On the decking there is your private hot tube where you can enjoy a relaxing soak. With space for up to six people, each of our log lodges has all the facilities needed for a luxury self-catering holiday.
