At Smytham we work closely with dealerships for all holiday caravan manufacturers and therefore can order the holiday caravan of your choice to go on the pitch that you choose.
Every pitch at Smytham Holiday Park is designed with those countryside views in mind. The placement of our pitches makes sure that each and every one of our holiday caravan owners gets their very own breathtaking view across the neighbouring farm and wood land. All pitches have piped gas and mains electricity. TV connections are also wired in. To keep the countryside views from the park your main focus, all wiring and pipe work is underground and ariels are not necessary. Deckings for caravans are custom built by our own team keeping them bespoke to your needs and the pitch you choose.
For the 50-week season (closing for the last week in January and the first week in February) the licence fee for the 2024 season is £3,954.16 including VAT at 20%.
The average running costs for the 2023 season were:

Water and sewage rates £168.05 (Inc. VAT)
